sudo apt autoremove python

sudo apt install python2.7

 

alias python=python2.7

 

wget https://bootstrap.pypa.io/pip/2.7/get-pip.py 

sudo python2.7 get-pip.py

 

이런거 하지말고 그냥 구버전 받기
